Overnight Tour and Investigation
$350/Night for groups up to 6 people, an extra $50 per person above 6.

Our overnight experience from 7pm to 10 am. The rate is $350 for groups up to 6 people and an extra $50 per person for any number above 6. During your visit you will be greeted by the owners or volunteers for check in and History Tour. Then you will have the building privately to investigate the ghostly encounters.
Daytime Tour and Investigation
$150/Day for groups up to 6 people, an extra $50 per person above 6.

Our Day Tour experience includes up to 6 people from 12pm to 5pm. During your visit you will be greeted by the owners or volunteers for check in and History Tour. Then you will have the building privately to investigate the ghostly encounters.
History Tour
$20/ Person

Our History tour is for those who are not interested with investigating and would like to visit the house; learn the history of the Sanitarium.
Ghost Tour
$35/ Person

Our Ghost Tours include a History Tour of the building with a short investigation to follow. Your guide will use paranormal equipment during your tour to see if they can connect to the other side.
